Difference between color coated plate and laminated plate
1. Different substrates
The base materials used for the two kinds of plates are different. The color coated plate is made of cold-rolled steel plate, and then its surface is processed. The coated plate is made of galvanized steel plate as the base material, and then through high-temperature baking technology.
2. Different characteristics
The color coated plate is characterized by corrosion resistance, fast forming, light weight and high strength; Laminated panels are more prominent in oil smoke resistance, wear resistance and moisture resistance. Both types of panels have a variety of panels, and the selection depends on the needs of customers.
3. Different advantages
It is not necessarily that the advantages are different, but the methods of selecting and using the two kinds of plates are different. The coated plate can remove the scratches carried by the substrate itself, which is no less than the color coated plate in terms of decoration effect, and the color coated plate is no less than the coated plate in terms of strength, mainly depending on what kind of plate the customer needs to do.
